Cancelation or rescheduling fees

You can cancel or reschedule most appointments once or twice for free.

Canceling or rescheduling due to bad weather

  • 1st and 2nd time incur no cancelation or rescheduling fee.

  • 3rd and 4th time incur a $100 fee each.

  • 5th and 6th time incur a $200 fee each.

  • We will not reschedule an appointment for weather more than 6 times.

Canceling or rescheduling for reasons such as the home not being ready

  • 1st time incurs no cancelation or rescheduling fee.

  • 2nd and 3rd time incur a $150 fee each.

  • 4th and 5th time incur a $300 fee each.

  • We will not reschedule an appointment for the home not being ready more than 5 times.

What are your rights when it comes to the photos or videos you pay for?

When you hire me (Isaiah Miller) to take photos or videos for you (the realtor), I give you (the realtor) life time usage of these assets. You (the realtor) are welcome to post the photos or videos anywhere indefinitely.

How long are my photos and videos backed up?

I will store the photos and videos for 1 year in case you lose the files and need to redownload them. Simply email me asking to re-download the files and I will provide them for you. 

Are the photos given to the home owners? 

I do not give these files to the home owners. I leave it to your discretion to share the photos and videos to the home owner if you desire.

What if another realtor takes my listing and wants to use the photos and videos I paid for?

If your listing goes to another realtor and they want to use the photos and videos that you paid for, they need to have your permission to use the files, my permission to use the files, and they need to pay me (Isaiah Miller the photographer) a $200 licensing fee.

Social media and portfolio

As the photographer (Isaiah Miller) I retain the rights to use the photos and videos I take. I will use my photos and videos to create social media and website posts. If I photograph one of your listings and you do not want those photos or videos shared online please contact me.

Drone legalities

I am a professional drone pilot. My drones are registered with the FAA and I have a remote pilots license.
